First time dining at Bronco's Western BBQ. Wanting a taste of everything, I ordered the Giddy-Up-Platter. All I can say is WOW…and… I'm stuffed!! The pork, brisket chicken and ribs were moist, tender, and delicious. The sausage had a great smoke flavor, not overwhelming.

Did I mention the ribs were almost falling off the bone? In addition, I had a small side of scalloped potatoes which were equally delicious. Melt in your mouth cornbread is to die for. Gary applied just the right amount of sauce to further complement this feast of a meal. Will definitely 💯 percent be returning….
